AA PIALANG ASURANSI (DOUBLE “A” INSURANCE BROKER & CONSULTANT) was established on October 1st, 2002, based on Notarial Deed Elliza Asmawel, SH no.5 then validated by The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights The Republic of Indonesia by letter number C-21127 HT.01.01 dated October 30th, 2002. The Company obtained its license from Ministry of Finance The Republic Indonesia, issued on June 2nd, 2003, number KEP-195/KM.6/2003.
PT. AA PIALANG ASURANSI is 100 % owned by PT. Asrinda Arthasangga reinsurance brokers who have been focusing on servicing reinsurance placements for Treaty and Facultative business to the local and overseas markets since 1991. With the establishment of PT. AA PIALANG ASURANSI, it will provide an effective synergy on managing the risks, faced by the Insured such as: Fire Risk, Act of God (Flood, earthquake, etc) and any other potential loss e.g.: Oil & Gas and Energy business also health & life insurance covered by The General Insurance and or Life Insurance markets. On the other hand, PT. Asrinda Arthasangga will continue to provide their services for reinsurance placement of the excess capacity from the insurers to the National and International reinsurance markets. This will enable us to provide the best services to our clients.
Since March 2006 PT. AA Pialang Asuransi opening sharia division recommended by National Sharia Board - Indonesian Council of Ulama with letter number U-054/DSN-MUI/III/2006 dated March 13, 2006 and also having a recommendation from Finance Department of Republic Indonesia letter number S-1001/LK/2006 dated March 27, 2006. Therefore we, PT. AA Pialang Asuransi competent to handle sharia insurance.
